Monday, May 5.  Window.

Installing the window was easy.  First step: staple up some flashing.  Second: caulk.  I forgot this step.

Third: nail the window in place, through the handy holes in the nailing fin. 

Fourth: Caulk some more.    

Fifth: put flashing across the header.   Voila, a window.

There was plenty of flashing left over. 

What the heck, while the caulk was out, I sealed one of the edges where the foundation touched the concrete.  Did a messy job of it.  Good thing it was along the back side.
