Day 2.  Saturday, Apr 19.  Jury-rigging a foundation

Today's problem: concrete is not at all level.  I wonder if it would be ok to just prop up the foundation on 2x4's?

To level the foundation, I sawed a 12-foot 2x4 diagonally from one end to the other, then put the two identical wedges side by side.  To do the saw cut, I rigged up this jig, with a saw guide clamped into position at the appropriate angle.
